Author Guidelines

EduAI Nexus: Journal of Artificial Intelligence in Education provides detailed author guidelines covering responsibilities, manuscript preparation, submission requirements, and ethical considerations, including the use of AI tools. Manuscripts should be between 4000 and 6000 words and adhere to specific formatting, structuring, and submission processes as outlined in our guidelines.

Submission Preparation Checklist

At EduAI Nexus: Journal of Artificial Intelligence in Education provides, our aim is to facilitate a smooth and respectful experience throughout the review and publication journey. As an author, you play a crucial role in this process, and there are certain expectations placed upon you. It is anticipated that you will:

  • Promptly address any queries throughout the publication process.
  • Take full responsibility for your work, ensuring its accuracy and integrity, and address any concerns or questions related to these aspects.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of correspondence with the journal editor until a decision regarding your manuscript has been reached.
  • Adhere to our authorship ethics guidelines, which require you to:
  • Acknowledge all individuals who have made significant contributions to your research and manuscript. Those not qualifying for authorship but involved in the work should be recognized in the acknowledgments section.
  • Refrain from listing anyone as an author who has not contributed to the paper or wishes to disassociate from the research.
  • Disclose relevant financial/non-financial ties (past 36 months or since project start). If conflicts: each author uploads the COI form. If none: add “no competing interests” in Declarations, and update upon change.
