Direct Marketing Policy

EduAI Nexus: Journal of Artificial Intelligence in Education may issue calls for papers, publication alerts, and other relevant scholarly announcements. Communications sent by the journal, publisher, or anyone acting on their behalf must be accurate, appropriately targeted, and unobtrusive. An invitation to submit does not imply acceptance, expedited approval, or favourable peer review.

1. Suitable Audiences and Contact Sources

Recipients should have a relevant professional interest in education, religious education, or the journal’s related activities. Contact details may come from voluntary subscriptions, existing professional correspondence, or relevant publicly available professional sources where their use is appropriate and permitted. A publicly displayed email address does not justify indiscriminate bulk solicitation. Purchased or scraped bulk mailing lists must not be used for untargeted journal promotion.

Confidential submission files, reviewer reports, and private author or reviewer records must not be disclosed to advertisers or repurposed as unrestricted promotional mailing lists. Where consent is required for a particular communication, it must be obtained before that communication is sent. Data handling is governed by the Privacy Policy.

2. Accurate and Identifiable Messages

Messages must identify EduAI Nexus and the responsible journal or publisher contact. They should state why the announcement is relevant and link to the official journal website. Submission invitations should make the publication charges easy to find through the Revenue Sources policy.

Promotions must not use deceptive subject lines, imply a personal relationship that does not exist, promise acceptance, exaggerate metrics, or claim indexing that cannot be verified. No invitation may suggest that payment, an editorial relationship, or participation in an advertised event guarantees publication.

3. Frequency and Opt-Out

Messages should be limited to relevant announcements rather than repeated pressure to submit. Recipients must have a straightforward way to decline further promotional contact. They may use an unsubscribe option where provided or email eduainexus@myresearch.id with an opt-out request.

Opt-out requests must be acted on promptly and recorded in a suppression list used only to prevent further promotional messages. Choosing not to receive marketing must not affect editorial assessment. Necessary correspondence concerning an active manuscript, review assignment, payment, or publication-integrity matter is separate from optional marketing.

4. Independence and Oversight

All submissions, including invited papers, undergo the applicable editorial and peer-review process. Marketing personnel and sponsors cannot direct acceptance, reviewer recommendations, citation requirements, or editorial conclusions. The publisher is responsible for ensuring that anyone promoting EduAI Nexus on its behalf follows this policy and for addressing complaints about inappropriate solicitation.

5. Contact

For EduAI Nexus invitations, alerts, or opt-out assistance, contact eduainexus@myresearch.id or editor.eduainexus@gmail.com. Publisher-level promotional enquiries or complaints may be sent to idmyresearch@gmail.com.
